THE ARTIST AND FOUNDER

Meet Grant Horkoff

Grant’s story

He started practicing in 2024 and is mostly self-taught in black-and-grey realism. He spent his first year on paper and fake skin, putting in the hours before he’d touch a client. In 2025, he moved to real skin, and people started noticing. His goal is simple: give you the tattoo you’ve been picturing, done right with an amazing experience.

Grant focuses on the client experience. As someone who’s been through the tattoo process himself many times, he knows a negative experience can ruin even the best of tattoos. He focuses on skin prep and aftercare, putting your comfort at the highest possible level and always bringing the vibes for a chill and enjoyable day.

Epic Tattoos. Luxury Experience.

Why House of Paco

House of Paco is named for Paco, Grant’s French bulldog, whom he jokingly calls a living piece of art. Paco’s character and energy are what Grant wants the studio to feel like every day: warm, entertaining, and full of personality.

“Grant is the kind of artist who goes the extra mile. He wants you to be comfortable; he wants every detail right, and he wants you to leave with more than a great tattoo. He wants you to leave with a luxurious and entertaining experience. And he always delivers"
